Marin Marketing Menu Advertising Program

This Fulfillment Policy governs subscriptions and purchases made through Marin Magazine’s Marin Marketing Menu advertising program. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our advertising packages, you agree to the terms below regarding cancellations, refunds, and fraudulent charges.

Fulfillment of Advertising Services

Once your advertising package selection and payment are confirmed, our team will contact you within 3 business days to coordinate scheduling, asset collection, and placement. Fulfillment timelines vary based on the scope of the selected package (e.g., digital display ads, print placements, sponsored content, social media promotions).

All deliverables will be scheduled in coordination with your marketing objectives and Marin Magazine’s editorial and production calendars.

Cancellations

  • Prepaid Packages: Advertising services purchased through the Marin Marketing Menu are considered final once payment is processed. However, you may request to reschedule or adjust placements with at least 10 business days’ notice prior to the scheduled publication or campaign start date, subject to availability.
  •  Ongoing/Subscription Campaigns: If you are enrolled in an annual recurring advertising package (billed monthly), you may cancel future billing cycles at any time with written notice. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for time already elapsed.

Refunds

Due to the customized nature of advertising services and the reservation of print and digital space, we do not offer refunds once a campaign or placement has been confirmed.

Exceptions may apply in cases where:

  • A campaign was not run due to internal error
  • A scheduled placement was missed or incorrectly executed by our team
  • A service disruption occurred that significantly impacted ad delivery

If an error is confirmed on our part, we may offer a make-good (replacement placement) or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

Fraudulent Charges

If you believe your payment was made fraudulently or without authorization, please notify us immediately at mwalsh@270media.com. We will promptly investigate and, if fraud is confirmed, issue a full refund and report the incident to the appropriate payment processor and authorities.

Marin Magazine reserves the right to suspend access to services in the event of suspected payment fraud.
